When you register and use AiFO, we collect information such as mobile number, name (if provided), email address, transaction history, and content sent to AI models (chat messages, uploaded files). Technical data such as IP address, device type, and browser are also logged for security and service improvement.

Your data is used solely to provide the service, process AI requests, manage your account, provide technical support, improve product quality, and comply with legal requirements. Content sent to models is not used to train third-party models unless you explicitly consent.

AiFO does not sell your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with: (1) infrastructure providers (servers, payment) bound by confidentiality; (2) AI model providers to process your requests; (3) legal requirements or court orders.

Account data is retained while your account is active. After an account deletion request, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless law requires longer retention.

You have the right to access, correct, or request complete deletion of your account and data. Use panel settings or email support@aifoapp.ir to exercise these rights.
